  1. Preheat broiler to low heat and adjust the top rack to the highest position.
  2. Arrange apple slices in layers on a small, rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle apples evenly with graham cracker pieces, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  4. Broil 3-5 minutes until marshmallows have lightly toasted and puffed up. Watch closely so the marshmallows don’t burn! Enjoy immediately while warm.
