  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, hummus, dill, shallot, and black pepper.
  4. Fold in spinach, tomatoes, and ¼ cup of feta cheese.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared pie dish.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup of feta cheese crumbles.
  7. Bake 30 minutes or until eggs are set and frittata is lightly browned.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into 6 pieces.
