Banana Chocolate Chip Sheet Pancakes with Walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large, rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk pancake mix, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract until blended.
  3. Fold in ¼ cup of chocolate chips.
  4. Spread pancake mixture evenly on prepared sheet pan.
  5. Top with sliced banana, walnuts and 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
  6. Bake 12 minutes or until sheet pancakes are lightly browned on top and springy to the touch.
  7. Cut sheet pancake into 15 pieces before serving with desired toppings.
