Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large, rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk pancake mix, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract until blended.
- Fold in ¼ cup of chocolate chips.
- Spread pancake mixture evenly on prepared sheet pan.
- Top with sliced banana, walnuts and 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
- Bake 12 minutes or until sheet pancakes are lightly browned on top and springy to the touch.
- Cut sheet pancake into 15 pieces before serving with desired toppings.
