Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, stir oats, milk, applesauce, maple syrup, butter, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
- Gently fold in apple and raisins.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle evenly with walnuts.
- Bake 35 minutes or until center is set.
