Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, stir oats, milk, applesauce, maple syrup, butter, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
  3. Gently fold in apple and raisins.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with walnuts.
  6. Bake 35 minutes or until center is set.
