Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a small, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, toss mixed nuts with olive oil, honey, and lime juice.
- In small bowl, stir smoked paprika, cumin, chipotle chili powder, and salt. Sprinkle evenly over nuts; toss to coat.
- Spread mixed nuts evenly on the baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Cool completely.
- Garnish with lime zest just before eating. Store in an airtight container.
