Turkey, Apple and Pepper Jack Quesadillas

Instructions

  1. Arrange tortillas on work surface.
  2. In a small bowl, stir mustard and honey until blended.
  3. Layer one side of each tortilla evenly with honey mustard, turkey, arugula, cheese and apple slices. Fold remaining side of tortilla over to close.
  4. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat until melted.
  5. Add quesadillas to skillet. Cook 5 minutes per side, or until browned and heated through.
