Turkey, Apple and Pepper Jack Quesadillas

Instructions
- Arrange tortillas on work surface.
- In a small bowl, stir mustard and honey until blended.
- Layer one side of each tortilla evenly with honey mustard, turkey, arugula, cheese and apple slices. Fold remaining side of tortilla over to close.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat until melted.
- Add quesadillas to skillet. Cook 5 minutes per side, or until browned and heated through.
