Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon with Roasted Vegetables

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt; spread on prepared baking sheet. Roast vegetables for 15 minutes, stirring once.
- In a small bowl, whisk honey, mustard, soy sauce and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Push vegetables to one side of the baking sheet; place salmon on opposite side. Spoon glaze over salmon; roast 20 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145°F and vegetables are tender. Drizzle remaining glaze over salmon before serving.
